Lysias is a policy and management consultancy firm focusing on public organizations. Our main policy areas are spatial planning and economic policy, housing, mobility and infrastructure, governance issues, urban development, safety, youth policy, education, sports, welfare, culture and healthcare.
Lysias Consulting Group B.v. is the holding under which Lysias Advies B.V. and Lysias Interim Management B.V. operate.
Lysias Advies advises government officials, managers and policy makers. We make precise and tailor-made diagnoses, provide clear advice and deliver result-oriented process supervision. We work as teams together with the client organizations, which results in knowledge-transfer to the client organization and our consultants having an optimum commitment towards our client. Our philosophy is that we make ourselves redundant after each project: after completion of the project the client can handle the problem independently. The organization even becomes stronger through its co-operation with us. And we also learn and improve our expertise further through our work with the clients.
A good advice is not always sufficient and it can be necessary to take responsibility as a part of the organization for a longer period of time. For this task Lysias Interim Management offers the right person out of a broad network of highly qualified and experienced managers. We know how difficult it is to find good staff promoting an organization.
